Staying at St Pete Beach has been one of the highlights of my Easter breaks growing up. I prefer looking for accommodation that has kitchenettes along with them, because the enjoyment of grabbing a quick bite and being outside where it matters, makes the convenience of those kinds of rooms worth searching for. There will always be the expensive ones with no kitchens, and if eating in a restaurant each and every meal is your thing, by all means, there are plenty like that. This site will include a few of those. St Pete Beach is quieter and not so prone to the invasion of the spring break crowd. I love it, its 35 minutes from Tampa International, 1.5 hours from Disney World, and a zillion other sites. I have never been to Disney World yet, simply because I am happy to stay by the ocean each and every chance I get. Alas, I’m sure my kids will convince me one of these days.
